Luxembourg , 06.05.2026 — Luxembourg, 6 May 2026 – Luxembourg-based RegTech company Kreios will cooperate with the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) to support the digitalisation of operations and regulatory compliance across Luxembourg's financial centre. The initiative will turn industry expertise into practical digital rules, helping firms apply regulatory guidance more efficiently, consistently and at scale through Kreios' REGMATIX platform.
Luxembourg-based RegTech company Kreios will cooperate with the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) to support the digitalisation of operations and regulatory compliance across Luxembourg’s financial centre. The initiative will turn industry expertise into practical digital rules, helping firms apply regulatory guidance more efficiently, consistently and at scale through Kreios’ REGMATIX platform.
The first phase of the cooperation will focus on making ALFI’s guidance on the PRIIPs Key Information Document (KID) directly available in REGMATIX, expanding to additional areas at a later stage.
This will enable firms to validate their documents against established industry best practices in a more systematic and auditable way, helping improve consistency, strengthen oversight and reduce reliance on manual checks.
The solution is designed as an independent control layer, compatible with any existing production setups and operating models.
“ALFI’s role is to help the Luxembourg fund industry remain competitive, trusted and future-ready. The initiative reflects our commitment to connecting expertise and fostering innovation across the Luxembourg fund ecosystem,” said Serge Weyland, ALFI’s CEO. “By making our expertise more accessible in operational environments such as Kreios’ REGMATIX platform, we enable the consistent and scalable application of industry best practices. This, in turn, strengthens Luxembourg’s position as a quality-focused, forward-looking and innovative fund domicile.”
For his part, Ulf Herbig, CEO of Kreios noted: “True innovation in regulation means turning expert knowledge into scalable, auditable controls. REGMATIX is designed to transform trusted industry guidance into practical, usable controls for firms. Our role is to help make that expertise operational in a way that supports consistency, transparency and responsible use of AI-enabled automation.”
This joint initiative is a practical step toward a more modern compliance model for the fund industry: one that preserves human judgement while making expert knowledge easier to apply at scale with the support of responsible AI and rule-based automation.
